  • To protect our interests: We may disclose confidential information when we believe, in good faith, that such disclosure is necessary to protect our legitimate interests, including the prevention of fraud, the enforcement of our Terms and Conditions, or the security of our systems.


6.5 Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for clearly designating information as confidential or proprietary when sharing it with Liber Christos™. Failure to designate information as confidential may result in it not being treated as such.

6.6 Duration of Confidentiality Obligation

Our obligation to maintain the confidentiality of client information continues indefinitely, beyond the duration of our professional services, except as otherwise specified in the service agreement or by law.

Liber Christos™ employs industry-standard security measures to protect confidential information. While we make every effort to ensure the security of data, clients are encouraged to take their own precautions, such as encryption or other security measures, where appropriate.


6.8 Non-Disclosure Agreements

In situations where clients require more extensive confidentiality protections, Liber Christos™ may enter into separate Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) with clients to further define the terms and obligations related to the handling of confidential information.


By accepting these Terms and Conditions and engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to the confidentiality provisions outlined herein. It is your responsibility to communicate any specific confidentiality requirements and to discuss additional safeguards if necessary.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Ownership of Materials and Content

Liber Christos™ retains all rights, title, and interest in any materials, content, or intellectual property provided as part of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, documents, reports, designs, software, data, and any other work product generated in the course of our professional services.

Subject to the terms and conditions of the service agreement, Liber Christos™ grants clients a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the materials, content, or intellectual property solely for the purposes specified in the service agreement. This license does not grant clients any rights to modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from these materials unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.


7.3 Customized Intellectual Property Agreements

In cases where clients require customized ownership or usage rights for materials or intellectual property developed as part of the service, it is recommended to enter into a separate agreement explicitly defining such terms and conditions. Such agreements should be negotiated and documented prior to the commencement of services.

If, in accordance with the service agreement, clients are granted ownership or transfer of intellectual property rights generated during the service, it is the client's responsibility to ensure the appropriate legal and administrative steps are taken to effectuate the transfer of those rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

Clients agree to indemnify and hold Liber Christos™, its employees, contractors, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the use of our services, including any claims by third parties.


8.7 Acknowledgment of Risk

Clients understand and acknowledge that, given the nature of professional services, there are inherent risks and uncertainties associated with any business or consulting engagement. This limitation of liability reflects the recognition of these risks.


8.8 Provisions by Jurisdiction

9. Termination

9.1.3 Legal or Regulatory Requirements

  • If providing services to the client would require Liber Christos™ to act in violation of applicable laws or regulations, or if it is determined that continuing the engagement poses a legal risk.


9.1.4 Safety or Security Concerns

  • If there are concerns related to safety or security, including threats, harassment, slander, or other activities that jeopardize the well-being of Liber Christos™ employees, contractors, or clients.


9.1.5 Force Majeure

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Liber Christos™, such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, war, or other events that make it impossible or impracticable to continue providing services.


9.2 Notice of Termination

In most cases, Liber Christos™ will provide reasonable notice of termination to the client, outlining the specific reasons for termination. However, in certain situations, immediate termination may be necessary, and Liber Christos™ reserves the right to take such action.


9.3 Effects of Termination

Upon termination, the client will be required to:

  • Cease use of any materials, content, or intellectual property provided by Liber Christos™ as part of the services, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.

  • Settle any outstanding payment obligations, including fees, costs, or penalties, as specified in the service agreement.

  • Return any property or assets of Liber Christos™ in the client's possession.


9.4 Survival of Terms

Termination of a service agreement does not affect the survival of any terms, conditions, or obligations that, by their nature, should reasonably continue beyond the termination. These may include confidentiality provisions, intellectual property rights, or indemnification obligations.


9.5 Re-Engagement After Termination

After a service agreement is terminated, the possibility of re-engaging Liber Christos™ for services will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Re-engagement may be subject to specific conditions and terms agreed upon between the parties.


9.6 Dispute Resolution
